Investing in therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships.
Individual Therapy
My standard self-pay rate for individual therapy is $135 for a 50-minute session.
Couples & Family Therapy
My standard self-pay rates for couples and family therapy are:
- 50-minute session: $165
- 75-minute session: $205
- 90-minute session: $250
Please note that I do not accept medical insurance for couples or family therapy.

Lyra EAP
If you have Lyra EAP benefits through your employer, I am a Lyra provider and can provide individual, couples, and family therapy through your Lyra benefits.
